We offer the longest free termite warranty (10 years on most homes) with no annual renewal charges, no deductible or hidden fees, and we're still lower in cost than most competitors. We have free annual inspections when requested and the most proven method (Termidor SC), along with the best warranty in Dallas/Fort Worth. We have plenty of residential and commercial references available. What to expect when you call us for a free termite inspection and proposal
Our Free Termite Inspection We begin with a thorough inspection of you home or business. If we find termites, we will show you where they are, explain the treatment options, answer any questions and give you our opinion of damage that has occurred. We will then walk you through the treatment process and take measurements of the exterior walls to determine how many linear feet that needs treatment. We will give you a formal written proposal that has a detailed drawing of your home, information about the termiticide we will use and other helpful information.
Our Written Termite Proposal Our written proposal is one of the most detailed and informative termite bids you can find. Many companies will come out and take measurements and then just come up with a cost they think you can pay. Our pricing is simple and straightforward. You can easily see how the estimate was reached and what we are going to be doing. The inspector will take the time to go over the proposal with you in detail and answer any questions you have before, during, and after the treatment. We would also be happy to give you some references in your area and provide you with the number to the Better Business Bureau. We accept checks and major credit cards, and payment is not needed until the work is completed.
Our Termite Treatment If you are taking bids, you will find that most modern companies use Termidor SC Liquid Termiticide. It is the most advanced, most tested, most effective termite treatment there is. We use Termidor exclusively, simply because it is the best and it allows us to offer our signature termite warranty: "10-Year Termite Warranty With No Annual Fees."
Our Technicians will apply Termidor to the soil by trenching, rodding, and drilling around the exterior of your home to form a type of "continuous band" on the exterior. In most cases, there is no change to the landscape of your home. If you have interior termite activity, we will need to treat the specific area where the activity is, but with Termidor it is no longer necessary to drill and treat every plumbing area in the home. If you have a pier-and-beam foundation, we will also treat around each pier and the beam wall. The amount of time it takes to treat your home is approximate, but it usually takes anywhere from 3 to 9 hours depending on the size and type of home you have. Rainfall will not affect Termidor as long as it is not raining when applied. Once Termidor is applied there is no need to re-apply it at a later time unless activity is observed or the soil has been removed.
Our Signature Termite Warranty – 10-Year Warranty – No Fees Our warranty is truly the best in Texas. We offer a 10-year warranty on homes (commercial sites vary) and there are no annual fees. We have no inspection fees, re-treatment fees, transfer fees, etc. In fact, once you pay your invoice, there are no charges of any kind for 10 years. And, we can still come out to inspect the home for free – just call us. If we find termites, we will treat them for free. Also, as long the home is under warranty, we can give you a free Texas Official Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR) which is often needed when you sell a home (a $92 value). If you are planning to sell your home, our warranty is actually better than a home that has never had termites! With our free transferable warranty the new owners have nothing to worry about because the warranty automatically transfers by address. With many companies there are transfer fees, annual renewals to keep up with, inspections to remember, or fees to send in. If the new owners forget to renew or misplace the paperwork, they will void their warranty and they will have to start all over. If another company offers this to you, please be sure to get it in writing. Please don't be fooled by those "Lifetime Warranties" that some companies still offer. To them it really means "as long as you keep paying their fee." Their annual fees go up nearly every year, and increases are often over a $100 per year or about 10% of the original price.
